Ghana Property Awards 2010
The 2010 Ghana Property Awards scheduled for Friday 17th September shall be more than Awards. The Organizers are maximizing exposure of the Finalists by offering them, and all other businesses in the Property / construction sector a two days of unparalleled marketing opportunity to Exhibit and talk about their goods and services at the forecourt of the Kofi Annan Centre for Excellence
The Exhibition will start at 9am on Thursday 16th September and the Exhibition Centre has been designed into Platinum, Gold , Silver and Bronze Areas depending on their marketing appeal.
The Conference starts at 12 noon offering the Finalist. sponsors and other exhibitors with reservation 10 -20 minutes to present/talk about their goods and services and distinguish themselves from their competitors. It shall also be a platform for professionals in the property sector- Architects, Surveyors, Insurers , etc to give topical and relevant lectures to the gathered stakeholders in the sector.
The objective of the Exhibition and conference to precede the awards is to afford te Award Finalist, sponsors and other exhibitors the opportunity to:-
Introduce their goods and services to the general public
Make ales and get new clients
Distinguish themselves from the competitors with their sales spiels
Profit from from the enormous marketing prospects of the Exhibition - Conference
Awards Catalogue to be produced and distributed afterwords.
The Awards is in collaboration with Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing, Ghana Institution of Surveyors, Institute of Architects, Institution of Engineers , Ghana Standard Board, Ghana Real Estate Developers Association and has about 16 Categories.
Participating are thus Ministry of water resources works and housing, officials of the National insurance commission, the very best of Ghana's real estate developers, CEO.s & Managers of Facility Managers, Fund managers etc.
