As part of our  agenda for 2022, The Ghana Property Awards is also advocating for Parliament to come out with regulations to improve safety in all residential and commercial premises and particularly in the private rented sector. 

The conference would  bring  stakeholders in the in the Housing industry together  to discuss  Air- Condition & Gas Safety Certificate – A Gateway to Sustainable Housing”  

This we believe would  be a major step towards leveling up the private rentals in Ghana ,making sure it  offers high-quality, safe and secure housing, along with our social and owner-occupied sectors
